Crowns

Sometimes, there is too much damage to the natural structure of a tooth to be restored with "just a filling". In those situations, a full crown me be needed to restore funtion and esthetics.

Most of our crowns are done the same day with CEREC AC technology.

Procedure:

The Doctor prepares the tooth, takes a digital surface scan of the tooth (like a picture), designes your crown on a computer, sends the instructions wireless to our milling machine (some people call it a 3D printer) and in about 15 to 20 minutes we have your crown ready to be tried in your mouth and adjusted to perfection.  After that it goes to a furnace and roughly 20 min later is bonded to your tooth.  

The whole visit take about 2 hrs and you leave with your final porcelain crown.
